Arctic Wave

Arctic Wave is a music project led by songwriter C.L. Turner, who is a self-taught keyboardist and lyricist known for his deeply personal and emotionally honest songwriting. Turner began writing songs around the age of 40 during a difficult period marked by personal losses and struggles, including the death of his mother and a painful custody battle. This life experience heavily influences Arctic Wave’s themes, which often explore real-life issues like love, loss, addiction, and resilience. Arctic Wave has collaborated with acclaimed producers and musicians, including Grammy-winner Will Hensley, contributing to a polished yet raw sound that blends rock and synth elements with powerful vocals. The project has released multiple singles and albums with tracks like “Ten or Twenty,” “Two Houses,” and “Jersey Girl,” the latter celebrating New Jersey’s vibrant spirit.
