Kevin Olusola

Kevin Olusola is best known as the beatboxer and cellist for the Grammy-winning a cappella group Pentatonix. Born on October 5, 1988, Kevin's unique fusion of classical cello playing and beatboxing—coined “celloboxing”—helped redefine what's possible in vocal and instrumental performance. A gifted musician with a background in both classical and contemporary styles, he studied at Yale University before fully diving into his music career.

Outside of his work with Pentatonix, Kevin has also explored solo projects that showcase his versatility as a musician, blending genres from classical to pop and gospel. His debut solo EP, "The Renegade EP," highlighted his celloboxing talent and paved the way for collaborations and features with other artists. Whether he's performing in sold-out arenas or recording genre-defying tracks, Kevin continues to push creative boundaries with a blend of technical mastery and heartfelt expression.
