The Cloves and The Tobacco is an Indonesian indie folk band formed in 2014. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Rara Sekar, bassist and vocalist Wisnu Ikhsantama, and drummer and vocalist Andi Fadly Arifuddin. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, ethereal sound, with influences from folk, indie rock, and ambient music. The band has released several albums and EPs, including "Through The Year of Silence" (2016), "Tapak Tilas Kerinduan" (2018), and "Biarkan Berlari" (2020). Their music has been praised for its beautiful melodies, haunting lyrics, and atmospheric soundscapes.
