Ezra Cares

Ezra Cares is the solo project of Ezra Walsh, a multi-talented musician from Stoneham, who made waves at just 17 years old with a debut self-titled album recorded entirely in his bedroom. Coming from a music-oriented family—his father is the professional musician TW Walsh—Ezra was immersed in music-making from a young age, previously releasing music with his brother under the band name Whale Watch. Ezra Cares stands out for blending Boston’s indie and rap scenes, experimenting with dreamy guitar, lo-fi beats, and 808 drums to craft a unique, emotional sound that’s both catchy and thoughtful. His recent acoustic-leaning EP “Remember” showcases his songwriting skills and reflects a year of growth and new creative challenges.
