Flight Distance

Flight Distance was an underground hip-hop group from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, active from 2004 to 2018. The group consisted of MC Patience, DJ Calkuta, and MC/producer Bender, who was also a former King of the Dot champion. During their career, they released three albums: *Run for Your Lives!* in 2005, *Bad Information* in 2011, and *High Priests of Low-Life* in 2014. They also worked on a fourth album titled *Harmony Chlorine*, but it was not completed due to Bender's unexpected death on March 1, 2018.

Flight Distance's music was characterized by their unique blend of underground hip-hop, with Bender's lyrical prowess and production skills playing a significant role in their sound. The group's discography reflects their commitment to creating innovative and engaging music within the underground scene.
