Blouse was an indie rock band based in Portland, Oregon, notable for their ethereal and synth-infused take on the post-punk revival of the early 2010s. The group was formed in 2010 by Charlie Hilton (vocals, guitar), Patrick Adams (bass), and Jacob Portrait (guitar), who would later become better known as a producer and member of the band Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
