Reverie Sound Revue was a breezy indie pop outfit hailing from Vancouver, Canada, active in the mid-2000s. Known for their lush, jazz-inflected sound and warm vocals, the band blended dreamy melodies with soulful grooves, creating a vibe that felt both retro and refreshingly modern. Fronted by vocalist Lisa Lobsinger (who later joined Broken Social Scene), they released their debut *The First EP* in 2003, followed by their self-titled full-length album *Reverie Sound Revue* in 2005. Tracks like "Walk Talk" and "Robyn" showcased their knack for laid-back, layered arrangements and clever lyrical hooks. Though short-lived, the group left a cult following charmed by their sophisticated yet effortlessly cool aesthetic. They disbanded around 2006, but their music remains a cozy time capsule of mid-aughts indie experimentation.
