Eyewash is a band from Pittsburgh, formed in late 2021. The group includes members who have been part of various musical projects in the past, but for some, Eyewash is their first band. Their music style combines elements of crushing guitars, powerful vocals, and electronic atmospherics, drawing influences from bands like The Cure and Cocteau Twins. Their debut EP, released in March 2023, marked the beginning of their musical journey, and they have since evolved into a heavier sound. One of their notable releases is the single "Bound," which explores themes of love and relationships through contrasting gentle verses and angsty choruses. The band aims to tour more and release additional music in line with their new direction.
