Nervosa

Nervosa are a thrash metal band formed in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2010. They first made waves in the underground with a fast, aggressive sound rooted in classic thrash, then broke bigger internationally with their debut album *Victim of Yourself* (2014), followed by *Agony* (2016), *Downfall of Mankind* (2018), and *Perpetual Chaos* (2021).

Over the years, Nervosa have been known for frequent lineup changes, with guitarist Prika Amaral as the group’s core founding member. Their music leans hard on breakneck riffing and punchy, socially charged intensity, placing them among the most visible modern thrash acts to come out of South America.
