Fernando Leitzke

Fernando Leitzke is a pianist, composer, and arranger from Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, who has made a name for himself in the Brazilian instrumental music scene. He began his musical studies at the Conservatório de Música de Pelotas and later moved to Rio de Janeiro, where he studied with renowned pianists Cristóvão Bastos and Leandro Braga. Over the years, Fernando has performed in various projects, including the quintet led by guitarist Rafael Mallmith and as a collaborator with artists like João Camarero and Pedro Amorim.

In 2015, he released his debut album, *Rios Que Navego*, an instrumental work that earned him four awards in the instrumental category and featured compositions paying tribute to Brazilian music legends. Fernando has continued to release music, including recent singles like *Beira do Abismo* and *Candombe Bailador*, showcasing his versatility and deep connection to Brazilian rhythms and jazz influences.
