Richard Resch is a talented German tenor who's been making waves in the classical and a cappella music scenes for decades. Born in Regensburg in 1968, he kicked off his musical journey with the renowned Regensburger Domspatzen boys' choir and later studied music education and voice at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich. In 1991, he co-founded the acclaimed vocal ensemble Singer Pur, a group known for their stunning a cappella performances that blend everything from medieval chants to contemporary works and inventive arrangements of classics like Schubert's Winterreise.
With Singer Pur, Richard has toured internationally, snagging prestigious awards like the ECHO Klassik, and contributed to a bunch of albums featuring sacred music, folk-inspired pieces, and holiday favorites.
