FATE GEAR

FATE GEAR is a Japanese female heavy metal band from Tokyo, formed in 2015 by guitarist Mina. The band has a unique steampunk-inspired aesthetic and describes themselves as a "Girls Steam-Punk Metal Orchestra." Their lineup has evolved over time, with Mina (known as Captain Mina) remaining as the core member and project leader. FATE GEAR has released several albums and EPs, toured internationally, and had their song "Megabullets" featured in the Netflix anime series Kengan Ashura.

The band operates independently under their own label, Steam Steel Records. FATE GEAR is known for incorporating guest musicians and vocalists into their recordings and live performances, adding variety to their power metal sound while maintaining a consistent core identity. They've gained popularity both in Japan and internationally, particularly among fans of female-fronted metal and steampunk culture.
