Oksana Lyniv
Oksana Lyniv is a Ukrainian conductor who’s made a major name for herself on the international classical music scene. She’s known for her work in both symphonic and operatic repertoire, and for championing Ukrainian music alongside core European classics.
A notable milestone in her career came in 2021, when she became the first woman to conduct a production at the Bayreuth Festival, leading Wagner’s *Der fliegende Holländer*—a landmark moment in the festival’s history.
