Baltic Fleet is the brainchild of British multi-instrumentalist and producer Paul Fleming, a Liverpool-based artist known for crafting lush, cinematic electronic soundscapes. Formerly a member of indie rock band Sound of Guns, Fleming launched this solo project to explore atmospheric instrumental music blending kosmische synth textures, motorik rhythms, and post-rock dynamics. His work as Baltic Fleet often feels like a love letter to retro-futurism, weaving analogue electronics with live instrumentation to create immersive journeys that might soundtrack both 1970s sci-fi films and modern art installations.

Since debuting with 2010's *Thieves*, Baltic Fleet has built a catalog of hypnotic groove-based compositions, including standout albums like *Towers* (inspired by architectural structures) and *The Dear One*.
