Chronicles of Khan

Chronicles of Khan is a Dubai-based rock band formed in 2016, initially as a solo project for singer-songwriter Faraz Khan, also known as Khan FM. Khan FM is not only the lead vocalist but also one of the guitarists. The band's early lineup included Khan's best friend Sean Walters, and over time, it evolved into a full-fledged rock band. Chronicles of Khan gained popularity in the UAE's underground music scene with their debut EP, "Legacies & Bequests," released in 2018. The band has performed at notable events like the Middle East Film & Comic Con and the Mother of the Nation Festival in Abu Dhabi, showcasing their energetic rock sound across the Gulf region.

Khan FM, the band's frontman, has had a diverse career. Beyond his role in Chronicles of Khan, he has worked as a presenter for music shows and managed Red Bull's music initiatives. He contributed significantly to promoting Pakistani music through his work on the TV show "Rock On" and has been involved with Spotify in artist partnerships. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band faced a hiatus in 2020, leading to uncertainty about its future activities. Despite this, their music continues to reflect a blend of rock influences and local talent.
