Pilot

Pilot is a classic Scottish rock band, which reached the height of their popularity during the mid-1970s. Formed in 1973 by David Paton (bass and vocals), Billy Lyall (keyboards, flute and vocals) and Stuart Tosh (drums and vocals), the group was later joined by guitarist Ian Bairnson. Their most famous single, "Magic," encapsulates the melodic and catchy sound that defined their success. The song peaked at No. 5 on the UK Singles Chart and later ascended to No. 1 in Canada. Pilot's debut album, "From The Album Of The Same Name," was released in 1974, which includes their hit single "Magic" and paved the way for their success.
