LUCIE SUE

Lucie Sue is a dynamic French rock musician, songwriter, and vocalist emerging as one of the most exciting new voices in French rock and metal in 2025. Raised on the sounds of '90s grunge and metal icons like L7, Metallica, and PJ Harvey, she transitioned from cello lessons at the Lyon National Conservatory to forging a unique sound that blends heavy riffs with part spoken-word and infectious choruses. Her debut UK single "Battlestation" perfectly showcases her raw, powerful style and energetic live performances, earning her spots at major festivals like Hellfest and a growing fanbase both at home and internationally.

With a background in visual arts and a DIY ethic sharpened during lockdown through creative social media covers, Lucie Sue released her first album, *To Sing in French* (2023), playing all instruments herself. Signed by Gojira’s longtime manager Richard Gamba in 2024, Lucie now fronts a full band and is set to release her highly anticipated full-length album *Battlestation* in 2025, featuring a fusion of '90s grunge, modern metal, and feminist lyrical themes. Known for her magnetic stage presence and blend of humor and intensity, she is quickly becoming a leading figure in the European rock scene.
