Crystal Spiders are a fuzzed-out stoner rock duo from Raleigh, North Carolina, cranking out heavy grooves since 2018. Fronted by bassist/vocalist Brenna Leath (also known for her work in Lightning Born) and drummer Tradd Yancey, the band blends doom metal weight with psychedelic swagger, landing somewhere between Sabbathian riffs and desert rock vibes. They’ve made waves in the underground heavy scene with releases like their 2021 debut album *Molt* and a slew of gnarly singles, including "Maelstrom" and "Blue Death," all delivered with Leath’s haunting vocals and Yancey’s thunderous rhythms. Whether they’re touring with fellow riff-worshippers or dropping earworms like "Tragic Planet," Crystal Spiders keep it loud, raw, and unapologetically heavy.
