Inhaler is an Irish rock band hailing from Dublin, formed in 2012. The four-piece ensemble comprises Elijah Hewson (vocals and guitar), Robert Keating (bass), Ryan McMahon (drums), and Josh Jenkinson (guitar). The band members met while attending the same high school, and their shared passion for music, inspired by both classic rock and contemporary indie bands, fueled their rise within the music scene. Notably, frontman Elijah Hewson is the son of U2's lead singer Bono, yet Inhaler has carved out their own distinct identity and fanbase through their energetic performances and emotive songwriting.
Inhaler's ascent has been marked by a series of increasingly popular singles and EPs, showcasing their talent in crafting infectious melodies with an anthemic quality. Their breakthrough came with the hit single "My Honest Face," which piqued the interest of music fans across the globe. The band's debut album, "It Won't Always Be Like This," released in 2021, was a critical and commercial success, reaching the top of the Irish Albums Chart and demonstrating their ability to blend influences from the past with a modern alternative rock sound. With recent releases such as "Cuts & Bruises" and "If You’re Gonna Break My Heart," Inhaler continues to solidify their status as one of the most exciting new bands in the rock panorama, delivering on the promise of their early work and touring internationally to enthusiastic audiences.
