Capilla de Indias is a Spanish ensemble specializing in the performance of early music from the Iberian Peninsula and the Americas. Founded in 1987 by director Pablo Heras-Casado, the group has gained international recognition for its historically informed interpretations and its commitment to unearthing and performing lesser-known works from the Baroque and Renaissance periods. Capilla de Indias has released numerous critically acclaimed recordings, including "Chants, sacres du Paraguay baroque," "Codex Martínez Compañón," and "Canichanas & Moxos."
