City of Pillars is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2016, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Noah Schomberg, bassist and vocalist Max Whipple, and drummer and vocalist Jake Troth. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric soundscapes, introspective lyrics, and intricate guitar work. City of Pillars has released three EPs to date: "The Lovesick EP" (2017), "Nearly Automatic" (2019), and "Karoshi" (2021). Their music has been praised for its originality, emotional depth, and sonic experimentation.
