Carpark is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2012 by singer-songwriter Ethan Schwartz and guitarist Alex Hernandez. They released their debut EP, "Born To Be Average," in 2013, and have since released two full-length albums, "Happy on Mars" (2015) and "MIA" (2018). Carpark's music is characterized by its catchy melodies, introspective lyrics, and dreamy, atmospheric sound. The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Killers, The Strokes, and Interpol.
