Christopher Gabbitas is a British baritone best known for his work as a member of the acclaimed a cappella ensemble The King’s Singers. He joined the group in 2004, bringing his warm vocal tone and collaborative spirit to their signature blend of Renaissance polyphony, folk arrangements, and contemporary works. During his 16-year tenure, Gabbitas contributed to the group’s polished performances and recordings, including projects like *The Christmas Album* and collaborative arrangements such as *Noche de Paz* (a Spanish-language "Silent Night"). His repertoire with the ensemble spanned playful covers like *Hide & Seek* (originally by Imogen Heap) and thoughtful settings of poetry, including Sara Teasdale’s *There Will Come Soft Rains*. Beyond performing, Gabbitas championed music education, leading workshops worldwide before departing the group in 2020 to focus on new creative endeavors.
