Vakula is a singular artist and musical storyteller hailing from Konotop, a small town in Northern Ukraine. Known for his unique brand of electronic music, Vakula blends various genres including techno, dub techno, deep house, jazz, funk, disco, and psychedelic rock into his mesmerizing sets. His music is deeply influenced by nature, with his atmospheric soundscapes often reflecting the landscapes of his homeland.
Vakula has released several notable albums, including "A Voyage to Arcturus" and "Cyclicality Between Procyon and Gomeisa". He's also established two record labels: Leleka for experimental music and Bandura for more club-friendly material. Beyond his production work, Vakula is known for his mastery of the mixer and his collection of rare analog gear and exotic folk instruments.
