Dewey Bunnell, born January 19 1952 in Harrogate, Yorkshire, England to an American serviceman father, is a British‑American singer‑songwriter best known as a founding member of the folk‑rock band America; he co‑wrote and sang on the group’s classic hits “A Horse with No Name,” “Ventura Highway,” and “Sister Golden Hair,” and continues to tour with America today. Dewey Redman (May 22 1931 – December 2 2006) was an influential American jazz tenor saxophonist who blended hard bop with free‑form improvisation, recorded seminal albums such as *The Freddie Huber Sessions* and *The Freddie Huber Sessions*, and performed with Ornette Coleman, Keith Jarrett, and his own son Joshua Redman. Dewey Kincade is a contemporary Americana and folk songwriter from Louisville, Kentucky who began writing songs at age 12, draws inspiration from the storytelling style of Bob Dylan, and has been building a regional following with his melodic, narrative‑driven music.
