Dogstar
Dogstar are an American alternative rock band best known for featuring actor Keanu Reeves on bass. The group originally formed in Los Angeles in the mid-1990s with drummer Robert Mailhouse and guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose, building a reputation through heavy touring and a straightforward, guitar-driven sound.
After releasing music in the late ’90s/early 2000s and eventually going on hiatus, Dogstar later reunited and returned with new recordings and live shows. Their more recent era includes the single “Everything Turns Around” and the 2023 album *Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees*, marking a full-circle comeback for the band.
