Francesco Ciniglio

Francesco Ciniglio is a talented Italian jazz drummer born in Naples in 1989. He began playing the drums at the age of six under the guidance of Maestro Sergio Di Natale. Ciniglio moved to New York in 2010 to pursue his musical education at the City College of New York, where he studied jazz performance and had the opportunity to learn from renowned musicians like John Patitucci, Fred Hersch, and Gregory Hutchinson. His professional career has included collaborations with notable jazz artists such as Aaron Parks, Joe Sanders, and Shai Maestro.

Ciniglio's discography includes the album "Wood," released in 2016, which features original compositions and jazz standards. More recently, he has been involved in projects like "The Locomotive Suite" (2021) and the single "Weekend Dad" (2023), showcasing his versatility and continued involvement in the jazz scene. His work reflects a blend of traditional jazz influences and contemporary creativity.
