The Boxer Rebellion is an international indie rock band formed in London in 2001. The lineup consists of Tennessee-native Nathan Nicholson (vocals, guitar, keyboard), English musicians Andrew Smith (guitar) and Adam Harrison (bass guitar), and Piers Hewitt (drums) from England. They burst onto the independent music scene with their 2005 debut album "Exits," but it was their 2009 follow-up, "Union," which gained them widespread acclaim, particularly due to the single "Evacuate," featured as the "iTunes Single of the Week," a coveted spotlight at the time.
