Neon Heart

Neon Heart is a psychedelic krautrock and improvised music group hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Formed around 2017, the band blends elements of psychedelia, krautrock, and jazz, creating expansive, collective soundscapes that emerge spontaneously rather than from pre-written tunes. Their lineup features Magnus Nordén on drums, Johnny Karlsson Kern on bass and vocals, Björn Wallgren on guitar, Petter Kärnekull on electronic viola, and Daniel Borgegård Älgå on saxophone. Known for their collaborative, improvisational approach, Neon Heart channels the egoless spirit of classic West German krautrock, crafting music described as "improvised dreams" that materialize out of collective creativity. The band has released multiple albums and singles, including "Söderut," "Livet/Ytan," and a self-titled album, all showcasing their experimental psychedelic sound.
