Hands up Who Wants to Die is a post-punk band from London, England. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Anthony "Ant" Thornton, bassist and vocalist Sam "Sammi" Taylor, and drummer and vocalist James "Jimmi" Taylor. Their music is characterized by its dark, brooding atmosphere, angular guitars, and introspective lyrics. The band has released two EPs, "Nil All" and "L'inconnue," and a full-length album, "Vega in the Lyre." They have toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and have shared the stage with bands such as The Cure, Interpol, and Editors.
