Gold Star Gold Star is an indie pop duo from Los Angeles, California. The band consists of singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jake Troth and drummer and producer Nickolas Pierce. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, ethereal soundscapes, catchy melodies, and introspective lyrics. Gold Star Gold Star has released two EPs, "Introducing... Gold Star Gold Star" and "If You Only Knew," and a full-length album, "Anything You Want Me To Be." The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with artists such as The Shins, Death Cab for Cutie, and The National.
