A Little Bitter

A Little Bitter is a band from Northern Ireland that formed in June 2004. The group consists of Darren Pilkington on drums and vocals, Seamy Donnelly on bass and vocals, and Johnny Armstrong on vocals and guitar. The band has released three albums: **The Blood** in 2006, **New Dawn Evolution** in 2009, and **Arrows** in 2018. The albums **The Blood** and **New Dawn Evolution** were recorded at Manor Park studios with producer Neal Calderwood, known for his work with Therapy, Clutch, and The Answer. Their music is characterized by a blend of hard rock and metal, incorporating intense riffs, strong bass tones, and energetic live performances.

In recent years, the band has been working towards new releases and live shows. Despite setbacks due to the pandemic, A Little Bitter continued writing and planned to release new music in 2022. They celebrated their 20th anniversary in 2024 by organizing shows and developing new music to commemorate the milestone. The band's sound is praised for its dark intensity and melodic elements, making them a notable act in the Northern Irish music scene.
