William DuVall

William DuVall is an American musician and singer-songwriter, best known as the co-lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the rock band Alice In Chains since 2006, following the death of the band's original lead singer, Layne Staley. DuVall's journey into the music scene started long before his tenure with Alice In Chains, participating in various bands and projects that span across a plethora of genres from hardcore punk to hard rock. His versatility as a musician and his dynamic vocal range have made him a respected figure in the rock music community.

Over the years, William DuVall has ventured into solo projects that showcase his adeptness as a songwriter and a storyteller, further establishing his individuality outside the shadow of Alice In Chains. His solo releases such as "One Alone," an acoustic album that palpably captures his emotive voice and intricate guitar playing, and "Til the Light Guides Me Home," articulate his capabilities to connect with listeners on a personal level. Apart from his solo career, his collaborations on tracks like "This Is Mongol (Warrior Souls)" exhibit his willingness to explore and blend with different musical styles. Through his music, whether with Alice In Chains or as a solo artist, DuVall continues to influence and inspire a new generation of musicians and fans alike.
