Peaer

**Peaer** is an indie rock band from Purchase, New York (often linked to Brooklyn), started as the project of guitarist and vocalist Peter Katz, with current members including Thom Lombardi and Jeremy Kinney. They kicked off in 2014 with their debut album *the eyes sink into the skull*, followed by the self-titled *Peaer* in 2016 and *A Healthy Earth* in 2019, blending influences from 90s indie rock, slowcore, and math rock while signed to Tiny Engines at one point.

After a seven-year break shaped by COVID challenges and personal shifts, they returned stronger on the 2025 album *Doppelgänger*, featuring tracks like "End of the World," "Bad News," "Button," and "Just Because," refining their sound into straightforward indie rock with warm production and thoughtful vibes.
