Black Death

Black Death, often referred to as War Metal or Bestial Black Metal, is a ferocious subgenre of extreme metal that merges the intensity of black metal with the brutish aggression of death metal. Characterized by cacophonous and chaotic soundscapes, this genre often employs heavily distorted guitars, relentless blast-beat drumming, and guttural, growling vocals. The lyrical themes typically delve into anti-religious, warlike, and apocalyptic imagery, presenting an aura of menace and raw, unbridled savagery. Sonically, there's little concern with melody or traditional structure; instead, the emphasis is on creating an overwhelming and oppressive atmosphere that evokes the intensity of battle and infernal wrath.
