Grindcore

Grindcore is a genre of extreme music characterized by its intense, chaotic sound, featuring high-speed drumming, downtuned guitars, and screamed or growled vocals. Emerging in the mid-1980s, grindcore evolved from the fusion of hardcore punk, death metal, and noise music, with early pioneers drawing inspiration from the UK's crust punk and anarcho-punk scenes.
