Trance

Emerging in the late 1980s and gaining popularity in the 1990s, trance originated in Europe's club scene, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands. Trance draws from techno, house, and ambient genres, but its distinctiveness lies in its emphasis on atmospheric soundscapes, sweeping builds, and epic drops.
