Scree is a post-rock band from Glasgow, Scotland, formed in 1991. They're known for their atmospheric and ethereal sound, which combines elements of ambient, shoegaze, and post-punk. Their music is often described as dreamy, hypnotic, and introspective, with a strong emphasis on texture and atmosphere. Scree has released several critically acclaimed albums over the years, including "Breathless" (1993), "Velocity Design Comfort Noise" (1995), and "Filter" (1997). They've also toured extensively throughout Europe and North America, and have collaborated with a variety of artists, including Mogwai, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, and Tortoise.
