Fireball Ministry

Fireball Ministry is an American rock band known for their heavy riff-laden sound and a style deeply rooted in hard rock and metal. The band was formed in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1999, by James A. Rota II (guitar/vocals) and Emily J. Burton (guitar). They later relocated to Los Angeles and added bassist Janis Tanaka, and later John Oreshnick on drums, to solidify their lineup. Over time, they established themselves in the stoner and doom metal scenes, although the band members have rejected the 'stoner rock' label.

The band's catalog showcases a consistent evolution within their genre, coupling robust guitar work with memorable melodies and a classic rock influence. Albums like "The Second Great Awakening" and "Their Rock Is Not Our Rock" have become staples in the heavy rock community. Fireball Ministry has also earned a reputation for their energetic live shows and for maintaining a vintage rock authenticity in their music. The release of "Remember the Story" in 2017, their first full album in nearly seven years, marked a vigorous return to form and reaffirmed the band's standing as torchbearers of high-octane rock 'n' roll. With singles like "The Answer," "Back on Earth," and "I Don't Believe a Word," Fireball Ministry continues to deliver powerful music, resonating with fans of pure, unadulterated rock.
