Ben Parry is a multifaceted British musician known for his work as a conductor, composer, singer, arranger, and producer. A Cambridge University graduate and former member of the King’s College Choir, he gained early recognition as a singer and arranger with The Swingle Singers, touring worldwide and collaborating with legendary musicians such as Pierre Boulez and Dizzy Gillespie. He co-founded the Dunedin Consort in Scotland and has held prominent roles including Artistic Director of the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain and Director of the professional choir London Voices, which has performed on major film soundtracks like *The Hobbit* and *Harry Potter*.
Over his 30+ year career, Ben has made over 300 recordings and composed numerous choral works performed globally. He has also been involved in directing choirs and orchestras across the UK, including the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus, London Symphony Orchestra, and BBC Singers. His music blends traditional and contemporary styles and is published by major houses like Oxford University Press and Edition Peters. Ben maintains a strong presence in both the concert hall and studio, contributing richly to classical and film music scenes alike.
