Flesh Tape is a noise rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2018 and consists of vocalist and guitarist Chris Woodhouse, bassist and vocalist Laura King, and drummer Chris Shaw. Flesh Tape's music is characterized by its abrasive and dissonant sound, which has been compared to the likes of The Jesus Lizard, Butthole Surfers, and The Birthday Party. The band has released two full-length albums, "Flesh Tape" (2019) and "Gargoyle" (2021), as well as a number of singles and EPs. Flesh Tape has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Melvins, The Locust, and Daughters.
