Tender Claws is the stage name of Tess Corr, a Belfast-born, Liverpool-based independent alternative rock artist known for her gritty, raw sound and dark, sometimes banshee-like vocals. Drawing inspiration from iconic '90s grunge bands like Queens of the Stone Age and the Pixies, as well as punk legends such as Iggy Pop and Adam & the Ants, her music blends powerful grunge-influenced bursts with more atmospheric, eerie moments. She began releasing music in 2024, with singles like "Anglerfish," "I'm a Leech," and "Inferno," the latter telling a gothic story inspired by classic novels. Tender Claws continues to build her presence in the alternative scene with a unique and compelling dark alt-rock style.
