Autumn Comets is a Madrid-based band formed in 2008, consisting of Julián P. Campesino (guitar and vocals), Pablo P. Campesino (drums), Emilio Lorente (guitar), and Gonzalo Bautista (keyboards and programming). Over time, they were joined by Manuel Moreno (viola/arrangements) in 2009 and Mario Perez (bass) in 2012. Their music style is deeply rooted in slow-core and antifolk, which is evident in their early work. One of their notable albums is "A Perfect Trampoline Jump," released in 2010, featuring collaborations with Russian Red and Micah P. Hinson. This album helped establish them in the independent music scene, leading to numerous live performances across Spain. Autumn Comets have continued to evolve their sound, incorporating influences from bands like Broken Social Scene and Mogwai, as seen in their 2013 album "Moriréis en Camboya." Their more recent releases include "We Are Here / You Are Not" and other tracks like "Molina, You Were the Light" and "Todos Están Esperando" .
