DEW8

**DEW8** (real name Marten Põldmets) is an Estonian electronic producer and live act who’s been shaping the country’s underground techno and experimental scene since the late 2010s. Known for his hardware-driven sets and genre-blurring sound, DEW8 merges punchy industrial rhythms, dystopian textures, and hypnotic modular synth work – a vibe that’s earned him a rep as one of Estonia’s most intriguing dancefloor alchemists. Tracks like “MATADOR” and “3310” showcase his knack for blending raw, percussive energy with eerie atmospherics, while releases on labels like Määr and his own Raridades Recordings highlight his DIY ethos.

When he’s not rattling clubs with his live hardware performances, DEW8 collaborates with fellow Estonian artists (like rapper Tommy Cash’s producer **Sander Mölder**) and leans into visual art, often pairing his music with glitchy, VHS-style visuals. Recent drops like *AURUM* and *Doom* double down on his signature murky grooves, proving he’s still all about that shadowy, bass-heavy mystique.
