The Town Council
The Town Council is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Ryan McPhun, bassist and vocalist Chris Chu, and drummer and vocalist Matt Cohen. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric soundscapes, introspective lyrics, and intricate guitar work. The band has released two EPs, "We Could Talk" and "when then is now.", and is currently working on their debut album.
