Rob Dickinson is a British singer, songwriter, and guitarist best known as the former frontman of the alternative rock band Catherine Wheel. Formed in the early 1990s, Catherine Wheel became known for their powerful mix of shoegaze textures and post-grunge energy, earning a dedicated fanbase with albums like Ferment and Chrome. After the band went on hiatus, Dickinson launched a solo career and released his debut solo album Fresh Wine for the Horses in 2005, which showcased a more introspective and melodic style compared to his earlier work.

In addition to his music career, Rob Dickinson has also made a name for himself in the automotive world. He is the founder of Singer Vehicle Design, a company that restores and modifies classic Porsche 911s with a meticulous blend of craftsmanship and performance engineering.
