Small Feet

**Small Feet** is the brainchild of Stockholm-based singer-songwriter Simon Stålhamre, blending raw, introspective indie folk with a knack for poetic storytelling. Emerging in the mid-2010s, Stålhamre’s project quickly carved out a space for its haunting melodies and existential musings, drawing comparisons to acts like Bon Iver and Sufjan Stevens. Their debut album, *From Far Enough Away Everything Sounds Like The Ocean* (2015), set the tone with its lush, melancholic soundscapes and earned critical praise for its emotional depth.

In recent years, Small Feet has continued to evolve, dropping tracks like *With Psychic Powers* and *Bad Science* that lean into experimental textures while keeping Stålhamre’s signature lyrical vulnerability front and center. Releases like *Dreaming The Dream EP* and *Liar Behind the Sun* showcase a restless creativity, blending folk roots with darker, more expansive arrangements. Whether he’s wrestling with existential dread or fleeting moments of connection, Stålhamre’s music feels like a late-night conversation with an old friend—unflinching, intimate, and quietly hopeful.
